Jamie Lee-Lead singer, founder, and leader of the band. Before the formation of Threshold, Jamie sang a wide variety of music ranging from Gospel to Top 40 to Rock to Country. This variety has influenced the songlist selection greatly to include a little bit of various styles of music. Jamie also scored six singles in the Billboard Top 100 Singles Chart as a solo artist.

Chip Chance-Guitar/Vocals. Chip started working with part-time party bands at the age of 9. He eventually went on the road full-time at age 21 and played in such local favorites as Brice Street and Stratus. Chip has opened for acts such as Cheap Trick, Tom Petty, Boston, The Eagles and many others.

Rob Carroll-Drums/Vocals. Rob has been playing drums since age 12 and was awarded a “Who’s Who in Music” award for his work in a local musical play at age 16. Rob began playing professionally at 19 with Main Event. And has since been a member of 901, The Jamie Lee Hart Band, Doc Holiday, and The Tsunamis.

Steve Busbin (aka Hollywood)-Bass guitar/Vocals. Hollywood comes from a mainly Blues/Rock background and is considered one of the most talented and versatile musicians in the area. His vocal abilities are a huge asset to the group, as is his sense of humor.

Andy Gilliland (aka Sheriff Andy)-keyboards/vocals. Andy hails from Rock Hill, SC and has been very active in the local music scene for several years running a recording studio and playing in favorite regional acts such as Calvin & Friends.
